The two people that died in a\u00a0crash that injured two others in Dallas’ Pleasant Grove neighborhood Monday have been identified.<\/p>

Jermaine James Simon, 53, and Sharnett Sharite Thomas, 60, died of blunt force injuries about 9:05\u00a0p.m.\u00a0at the scene, according to the Dallas County medical examiner’s office.<\/p><\/div>

Dallas Fire-Rescue and Dallas police responded to reports of an accident about 9\u00a0p.m. in the 2200 block of North Jim Miller Road.<\/p><\/div>

Firefighters found the vehicle after it collided with a tree, trapping the individuals inside,\u00a0DFR spokesperson Jason Evans said.\u00a0<\/p>

Crews were able to remove the people but Simon and Thomas died at the scene.\u00a0<\/p><\/div>
