Officials have identified a couple who died in a murder-suicide shooting at a Burleson home Monday.<\/p>

Valerie and Steven Feldman were found dead inside a home 300 block of Pin Cushion Trail after being shot, according to the Tarrant County medical examiner’s office.<\/p><\/div>

Steven, 84, died by suicide and Valerie, 79, was killed, according to the medical examiner’s office.<\/p><\/div>

Burleson police said the 84-year-old called 911 at 3:30\u00a0p.m. and stated “he had killed his wife and intended to take his own life,” according to a news release.<\/p><\/div>

Officers went to the home and made several unsuccessful attempts to make contact with the man, police said. They then entered into the home at 4:35\u00a0p.m. A drone was then sent inside the home and found the couple dead inside, police said.<\/p>
